Thank you for registering to attend the Kaiser Permanente North Valley & South Sacramento Family Fit Fest on Sunday, September 15, 2019 from 1-5pm at the Golden 1 Center, 500 David J Stern Walk, Sacramento, CA 95814.

We are excited that you, your family and friends can join us for Kaiser Permanente’s Family Fit Fest on Sunday, September 15, 2019 from 1-5 p.m. at the Golden 1 Center, 500 David J Stern Walk, Sacramento, CA 95814. 

Entrance into the event will be at the Southwest side of the center on 5th and L St. 

Print out this email confirmation or save it on your smartphone.  This is you and your group’s “ticket” for the event.

Bring both your KP work badge AND KP medical record card for event access, to receive your flu shot (flu stickers will be available for employees & physicians), free parking validation and a free SacRT light rail ride to the center.  

It will be a fun-filled day with Sacramento Kings’ activities & player appearances, fitness classes, games, mindfulness activities, delicious food and your first opportunity for you and loved ones to get a flu shot.  

When you enter the event, grab your lanyard and passport for your chance to win an iPad! Make sure to bookmark on your phone the full schedule or look for QR codes throughout the center to get more information. 

Free parking/ transportation at the following locations:

  • The following garages only:
    • Downtown Plaza West at 325 L St. Sacramento, CA 95814
    • Downtown Plaza East at 597 L St. Sacramento, CA 95814
    • Downtown Plaza Central on J and 5th, Sacramento, CA 95814.

Please don’t leave the event without picking up your parking validation.  The table is located at section 120, near the main event entrance.   Provide your parking garage ticket to receive your garage parking validation. One validation per group, per badge only please.

  • Street Parking – Go to City of Sacramento parking interactive map to find parking spots.   
  • SacRT Light Rail – Catch a free ride on regional transit, just show them your KP work badge.
