6/2/21-10,000 Steps

This month’s WOW’s will focus on going for a walk!  Walking is a great way to obtain steps and can be done anywhere and anytime, without the need for equipment.

Aim for 10,000 steps this week.  You can break up your exercise routine if you cannot obtain it all in one setting. Weather too hot? Walking the hallways or the stairs in your building is a great option!
