4/27/22-Spring Into Fitness – Bent Over Rows

Hello everyone!  The weather is gorgeous, and the sun is shining bright!   With Springtime upon us, it’s time to “Spring into Fitness!”

This week’s workout is to incorporate bent over rows in your day!  You can use an object such as a water bottle, stapler, book, or anything around the office/home to add more resistance. While holding onto the object, push your hips back and fold in half.  Then, pull the weight to your stomach and squeeze your shoulder blades together.  Slowly release the weight back down and perform 10 repetitions.

Not matter your fitness level, we can grow and blossom along with the weather!
